About: Oliver Kamm (born 1963) is a British writer and journalist. He wrote Anti-Totalitarianism: The Left-wing Case for a Neoconservative Foreign Policy (2005), an advocacy of interventionism in foreign policy. He is a leader writer and columnist for The Times.

Education: New College, Oxford and Birkbeck College, University of London

Career: Went into a career in the Bank of England and the securities industry, including as the Head of Strategic Research at Commerzbank Global Equities in London. He helped start a pan-European investment bank in 1997. Oliver Kamm is an author and Times columnist. His writings have appeared also in The Guardian, Prospect, The New Republic, Index on Censorship and The Jewish Chronicle. His book Anti-Totalitarianism: The Left-Wing Case for a Neoconservative Foreign Policy was published in 2005. He was a contributor to Britain’s Bomb: What Next?, edited by Brian Wicker and General Sir Hugh Beach, in 2006. He is a founder and partner of an asset management and advisory firm, WMG Advisors LLP, based in London. (ref. globalstrategyforum.org)
